Georgia and I are looking for 2 new housemates to join us in our house in Morden on a 12 month contract.
About the house:
📍 Great location with a 5 min walk to Morden tube station for the Northern Line (also 5 mins from a tram stop making it super easy to get into Wimbledon for the District line etc.)
🛏️ The 2 available rooms are both double rooms on the top floor of the house, sharing a bathroom
💰 Bills come to approx £120 a month
🏡 We have a garden, parking and a spare room! We use this mainly for storage and for people to stay over, but could also fit a desk etc.
About us:
We are in our mid 20's, working in tech and finance and are looking for friendly and chill professionals to fit the positive vibes 😌
We love eating dinner together, kitchen chats, awful tv, an occasional night out and plenty of hot girl walks!! Equally, we love our own time and are super respectful of that
