Hi everyone, we are looking for a fourth roommate to join our lovely 4 bed flat, SW19. We are open to either a boy or a girl.

- Rent- £940
- Bills Approx- £70-100 per month (Wandsworth Council tax)
- Available from the 15th February 2026

Location:
It is situated on a residential road close to Wimbledon Park with stunning views of the All England Tennis Club and only a
5-10 minute walk to the centre of Southfields and the tube station. The flat has been recently refurbished with a new bathroom, shower room and kitchen.  

About Us:
You will be sharing with two lovely girls from Ireland (25) and one awesome boy from London (25). We are all very easy going people and love the peace🤘. We love to have the craic and want to form a good social life with our house mates . We all enjoy sports, running, going for coffees and a few pints at weekends🏃‍♀️☕️🍻

We are all extremely tidy and respectful of one another and do enjoy downtime. We ideally want someone to match our vibe. We ideally want to form great friendships and create a warm homely environment🤘
