Hey, I’m listing this furnished double room as I’m moving out of London - it’s a good size with decent storage, and the other four tenants are all friendly, tidy professionals.

Rent is £800 per month. All bills and a regular cleaner are included in the rent. The flat has been redecorated and refurbished. There is a shared living room with a TV, two shared bathrooms (both with toilets and sinks, one with shower), and a shared kitchen.

There’s good transport lines with Southfields being the closest tube station, only a 10/15min walk away. The area is Southfields and is near to Wimbledon. There’s a cute high street with coffee shops, restaurants etc right by Southfields tube station.
