Affordable Room in Spacious Two-Floor Flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and spacious two-floor flat in London, located just 15 minutes by bus from Putney! The available room is a small, single bedroom, furnished with a bed, desk, chair, a small wardrobe, and a bedside table. While it’s compact, it gets beautiful natural light throughout the day (especially at sunset) and has plenty of potential to feel cozy and inviting with a bit of your own personal touch.

The flat itself is spacious and well laid out. It features a large living room with a blank wall that would be perfect for a film projector, making it an ideal space for movie nights. There is also a big balcony connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room for cooking. There is one separate toilet as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The flat is in a fantastic area surrounded by greenery, with Putney Heath and Wimbledon & Putney Commons right next to us.. The nearest station is Southfields on the District Line, which is just a 12–15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat, with routes to Putney, or other bus stops which are 5 minutes from the flat to Richmond and Wimbledon. For convenience, a corner shop is just a five-minute walk away, and Putney has all the shops and amenities you might need.

We are hoping to find a tidy and respectful flatmate, preferably female, who is either a student or a working professional. If you enjoy music, cooking, movie nights, and exploring London’s pubs and restaurants, while also valuing some quiet downtime, you could be a great fit for our flat.

The rent is very affordable, but please note that electricity and gas bills, WiFi, and council tax are not included. With all these, the total usually comes to around £540-£570 per month.
