The Property:

This flat has 3 rooms in total, with one currently available. The household consists of a couple and one male professional. We aim to maintain a respectful, clean, and welcoming environment.

Payments & Terms:
• No security deposit required
• First month’s rent payable before move-in
• A holding deposit equivalent to the final two weeks of rent is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from your last rental payment
• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay

After the third month, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
