Double room in Wimbledon

Hi, I’m looking for someone to move into the second room in a flat in Wimbledon. The current tenants are moving out in mid August. I will be moving into one of the rooms and I’m looking for someone to take the other.

The flat is 2 bed with a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The room is unfurnished but comes with a large built in wardrobe.

It is a 10/15 min walk from Southfields station on the District Line (and the high street). Also surrounded by lots of green spaces and just to the side of Wimbledon Common.

Rent is 825 excluding bills (plus deposit of 1 month’s rent).

I’m a 25 year old civil servant and I work in the office 4 days a week. I’m looking for another young professional who is chilled, v clean & sociable. Preferably someone who likes their own space but also enjoys a trip to the pub from time to time!!
