Hey gals!

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our brand new home in Wimbledon 🏡 The house is currently being renovated to a high modern standard — think jazzy lighting, a jacuzzi-style bathtub 🛁, and fresh interiors throughout. It’ll be unfurnished, so a great blank canvas to make your own.

You’ll be living with two gals in our late 20s / early 30s — professionals who’ve lived in the area for years and work hybrid. We’re both friendly, chilled and clean. We love hosting the occasional dinner party, girls’ night, or post-work workout, but also respect each other’s space. Definitely not a party house, but we’re always down to go out and shake a leg now and then 💃

Looking for:
Someone easy-going, clean and kind — and bonus if you’re into making a house feel like home ✨

15 mins from Wimbledon High Street (loads of cute restaurants, cafés, gyms and shops)

🚃Transport:
• 3 min walk to Haydons Road Station (Thameslink)
• 15 min walk to Wimbledon Station (District line & National Rail)
• 15 min walk to South Wimbledon / Colliers Wood (Northern line)
• Bus stop right outside with great SW London connections

💸Rent: £950 pcm
🧾Bills: approx. £150 pcm
