The property is a shared accommodation, tenants are genuinely kind and polite, but also, we keep the place as much clean as we can.
There is a bust stop within a 2 mins walk from the property which will take you to any direction. The underground stop to Southfields station is only 10 mins away if you're walking down.
If you drive, it is an excellent location as it's located 1 min away from the ring road junction from which you could go to any direction. You could also request a parking permit from the council or simply park your car in the surrounding area, 1 or 2 mins walk all around the property.
The GP facility is located at 4 minutes walk.
Tesco is only 2 minutes away walk, same for 2 off-licences on the other direction.
The property has 2 bathrooms, both with toilet, shower and sink.
The kitchen is a bit small but fully functional with washing machine and dryer.
All bills + broadband are included with rent.
