2 month sublet available in Wimbledon!

A small, cosy double room is available in our friendly, clean shared house from 29th November 2025 to 7th February 2026 (dates be can negotiated) while I go home.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. I’m happy to leave a few extra bits during the sublet if needed.

Rent is £650/month and bills are between £120–£150.

You'll be sharing with 3 working professionals guys (ages 28- 31 – Irish, English, and Kiwi). We all get along well, often watch sports together, and head to the local pub quiz (which we have won before)!

The house has a big living room (with a drinks table!), a second room with a desk and pull-out bed for WFH or guests, and a spacious kitchen with lots of storage, two fridges, a washing machine, and a dryer. There’s also a garden with a clothes line and space to sit out in good weather.

The bathroom is next to the room (shared with two others), plus there’s a second toilet downstairs

We're a 10-min walk to Colliers Wood, South Wimbledon, and Haydons Road stations, with a bus stop right outside. Sainsbury’s is a minute away, with bigger shops like Aldi and a large Sainsbury’s 10–15 mins away. Wimbledon Broadway is nearby too, with loads of shops, restaurants, pubs, and gyms.
