We’re looking for a new house mate to move into our lovely house from 1st November. There will be 5 of us in total.
A bit about us - we're in our mid twenties and work hybrid so ideally are looking for someone who has a similar schedule.
We're all v social and up for bottomless brunches/ going out and making the most of London! We also love staying in with a glass of wine and having a chilled evening, as well as going to the gym and on holidays together. We've all become good friends so would love someone who would also become friends with us rather than just a housemate.
The house is modern and has 2 bathrooms, a garden, and is furnished.
About the room: On the ground floor, good size double, shares the downstairs bathroom with 1 other person
Rent- £815 (+ approx £100 bills) +£820 deposit
The house is located between Tooting Broadway/Colliers Wood and is approx a 5 min walk to the northern line tube station.
Move in date is 1st Nov and the remaining tenancy is until Oct 31st 2026
