We have a lovely double room available for a short term 3 month let in our 4-bedroom houseshare in South Wimbledon.

The room is available from early November until 26th January ( or there abouts).

Our house is tucked away from the busy roads and situated on a peaceful residential street. The room is a good-sized east-facing furnished double room, overlooking the garden. It comes with all necessary furniture (wardrobe, double bed frame with headboard, chest of drawers, high cabinet, full-length mirror, bedside table, chair)

You will be sharing the house with three professional ladies in our 30's - 40's and one rescue Cat. We are all non-smokers. We get on well together and enjoy socialising in the evenings, and occasionally cook together at the weekends. We are very considerate of each other and keep the place quiet, clean and tidy so that it is a calm place for us to unwind after a hectic day at work. We are looking for a like minded person (non smoker/ non Vaper) who would be interested in becoming apart of our home.

Our house is a great size, it has a spacious bright living room, with separate long entrance hall with plenty of storage. Kitchen is at the rear of the house with views over the back garden. It has all the mod cons, inc washing machine, oven, air fryer and microwave.

We are in an excellent location right in between two underground stations, mainline train and tramline.

7 min walk to South Wimbledon underground (Northern Line)
12min walk to Wimbledon Station (National Rail, District Line and Tram)
4 min walk to Tram stop

We have so many beautiful parks nearby and only a short walk away to the High Street with plenty of shops restaurants and bars. Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre is only 12min away and Wimbledon village 25min.

The room is expected to be available to move in in early November; an earlier date may be possible, subject to further discussion. Please indicate your preferred move-in date.

The rent is £535 a month - !!
Bills are typically £150 a month, incl. council tax, a shared Netflix a/c, house wifi, etc
The deposit is £562.50
No agency fee - we deal with the landlord directly.
