I’m leaving sadly as must move abroad for work.

💷Rent is £1175 a month and bills come to ~£250/ month (water, electric/gas, council tax, wifi) which we’d share responsibility for paying between us. Deposit is £1335 and in tenancy deposit scheme which you’d take over from the current tenant.

There’s also bus stops (for 200) 2 min walk from the flat.
