I'm looking for two people to move in to in a spacious terraced house in SW19 (Earlsfield/Wimbledon Park)

The house is a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon Park station and a 10-12 minute walk to Earlsfield station.

The space is ideal for those who want a quiet and more family-style house. The place is newly refurbished as of 2025.

Bedroom 1 is a large double room, fully furnished with king-sized bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 is a small double with a queen-sized bed (not pictured), and comes with a separate office room furnished with a desk and wardrobe. This setup is perfect for someone who works from home often and wants a separate working space.

The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table and sliding doors to the garden, it's great for dinner parties and there’ve been some good ones here in the past!

Both rooms are £1,200 per month plus bills.

Bills are £150 each per month for water, gas, electricity, council tax (band E), WiFi, TV licence.

About me: I rent the loft conversion room on the top floor of the house. I am originally from South-West London, I work in PR and am generally in the office 5 days per week.
