1 double room with 2 female PhD students

Friendly female flatmate wanted for Double Room in Southfields

I am moving out of my lovely flat and looking for someone to replace me. You will be living with two other PhD students (F25, F26). I have been living here for over 3 years so can attest that it’s a great flat in an amazing location.

Details:

- Rent is £775 pcm plus about £60 of bills (council tax would be ~£60 extra each month)
- Move in date flexible from mid-February to mid-March
- Room comes with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers (no desk but there may be room for a small one with some rearrangement)
- The flat has a small kitchen, large living room and shared bathroom with large shower and different storage spaces
- The flat is located 2 mins walk from Southfields tube station on the district line and plenty of parks & amenities within walking distance
- You will need to have a UK guarantor if you’re a student

Flatmates:

- Females preferred, non-smoker, and hopefully similar age to us
- If you’re a working professional you would have to pay council tax (although with 25% discount for living with students). The flat is in band D in Wandsworth council.
- The flatmates are pretty clean, quiet and respectful with communal spaces and it would be nice if you are too
- The atmosphere is friendly and sociable within the flat, for example cooking flat dinners, watching TV shows together in the evening or hosting potlucks with our friends :)
