We are three girls aged 28-30 looking for a fourth girl to join our home in South West London. We are looking for someone who will help us keep the house a home, friendly and sociable but also respectful of everyone’s space, and happy to help keep the house clean and tidy.

We are working professionals so will not be considering students.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe and high shelving unit. Furniture can be removed if you have your own you’d like to bring. Shared bathroom between three girls with bath/shower.

House also contains dishwasher, washing machine, fridge per person, and the other necessities.

- Rent: £550 per month
- Deposit: £550
- Bills: £100-150 approx per month (Council Tax Band E, WiFi + TV, Electricity + Gas)

- Northern line from South Wimbledon (10 mins walk), from Colliers Wood (20 mins walk or 5 min bus)
- Thameslink from Haydons Road (5 mins walk)
- National Rail + District Line from Wimbledon Station (15 mins walk or 3 min bus)
