Large loft room with ensuite available for £750 per month excl bills in a 2 bedroom flat from 10th November.

I (Verity) will be moving out of my room at the beginning of November to go travelling and leaving behind my lovely flatmate, Helena.

We are looking for a female young professional who is sociable and occasionally likes to enjoy a chat and glass of wine after work but is respectful of private personal time and also clean/tidy and will treat the flat with lots of love and care.

Helena is a delight to live with. She's friendly, chatty, sporty and keeps the flat looking beautiful!

The room:
- Very spacious and light room - 2 velux windows and 2 large sliding windows with a juliette balcony over looking the garden.

- Ensuite bathroom with shower

- Room comes furnished with double bed and large wardrobe. Also lots of storage in the eves.

Communal space:
Open plan refurbished living and kitchen area. Lots of storage, breakfast bar, double sofa bed and tv.

The flat:
- the flat is the two top stories of a semi detached house.

- located on a quiet residential road

- 5-10 min walk to either Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon tube stations (northern line)

- 20 min walk or 5 min bus to Wimbledon station for national rail or district line

- 3 min walk to a HUGE Sainsbury's and M&S

- lots of parking available but will need a parking permit
