Garden and parking bays and free off street parking. 10 mins walk to Colliers Wood/South Wimbledon Tube station & Phipps Bridge Tram stop (goes into Croydon and/or Wimbledon Train Stations). Large Sainsburys/M&S/Lidl & Aldi within 5 mins walk, also a couple of shopping outlets/Merton Abbey Mills + other eating areas within 5-10 mins walk.
We are all nice quiet house, not a party house. Double £850 pcm if single occupancy and £750 pcm if double occupancy (including all bills/wifi)
I supply and pay for all cleaning/washing products and toilet rolls.
