The bedroom has a double glazed window with blind and a small radiator but the house is well insulated so it is never cold.

BILLS
House bills are between £85-£90 a month, which includes:
Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Sky TV and broadband.

MOVE IN
As well as a month’s rent in advance and the above deposit, the property agents will carry out a credit and reference check at a cost of £75. The contract is a minimum of 6 months from the move in date, which is from 26th March 2018.
