Fantastic Location! Huge Double Bed w/pvt bathroom

Hello everyone,

I am an Italian professional with a great passion for Tennis, gym and outdoor activities.
I travel extensively for work and leisure.
My ideal flatemate is a business professional who is friendly, likes to be social, keeps communal spaces tidy and is respectful.

I am renting a massive bedroom (with private bathroom) in a 2 huge bedrooms flat with 2 wardrobes - the flat is huge (100sqm!) has got balcony, garage, concierge 24hours and it is located in a very central and nice area near St. James's Park. Victoria and Westminster are just a few minutes walk away.

Distances (minutes by walk):
- 2 minutes to St James's Park station
- 5 minutes to Victoria station
- 10 minutes to Westminster station

The current flatmate is moving out, so I am looking to share with another professional.
The cleaner comes every Friday.
The flat faces the internal courtyard, so it's very silent at night and very safe.

Monthly costs:
- rent: £1150
- water: included
- Internet Fiber Optic: £17,5per person
- gas and electricity: approx £45 per person
- council tax: £50 per person
