Modern double room in Westminster

A double room is available in a large, new-build three-bed flat in the centre of Westminster. The flat is part of Regency Apartments, a quiet new development just behind Tate Britain.

The bedroom available is of ample size and comes with chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe but there is plenty of space for a desk, bookshelf and tv.

The flat is over 1,000 square feet in area, with a spacious communal lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, shared bathroom and a balcony overlooking the communal gardens. There’s also a 24-hour concierge and communal gym all included in the price.

Bills aren’t included but will total about £30 a month (including electricity, water, broadband). Council tax has been paid up front for the year therefore £321 will ideally be paid to me when moving in (however i understand this is a lot therefore i'm sure we can come to some arrangement). Rent is £1,036 pcm but will increase to £1,046 pcm from August onwards.

Pimlico Underground is 5 minutes’ walk away, Westminster and Victoria Station aren’t much further, and there are plenty of bus routes very nearby too. There’s also an excellent range of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all within a few minutes’ walk. And, of course, you’re right in the centre of London, close enough to walk to Leicester Square, the South Bank and the Royal Parks.

You'll be living with Ben who works as a civil servant (he has his own ensuite). The third bedroom is currently occupied by Colin but will also be let out around late June.
