Hello there! I'm subletting my room for two weeks as I'm moving into my new place. It is available from July 17th to July 31st.

Currently there is no other flatmate in the flat.

This is an exceptionally lovely flat situated in a very quiet, safe area in London. It is a definitely a cracking location, 4 minutes walk to Tate Britain and the beautiful Thames River.

The flat has a shared bathroom and a fully equipped lounge+kitchen. It also comes with most of the basic living necessities like plates, cutlery, pots, vacuum cleaner, etc. It is nice to save you a lot of time and money after moving in.

It is a good size double bedroom with built-in storage and wardrobe space. It is very airy and cozy.

Transportation:
The location is close to all the fantastic places in London. We also always enjoy the views when traveling between home and anywhere else.

Contract:
You will be taking over the contract, which runs until 31th, July 2022 with an opportunity to extend it for another month only, the flat is no longer available after August. After confirming your stay, you will be in contact with the landlords, who are very responsible and reliable. No Agency Fees.
