En-suite Double Bedroom in Victoria

Hello there,

An en-suite master bedroom (double) has become available in the flat as my current flatmate is unfortunately moving out due to job changes :(

This is a centrally located, Zone 1 property within walking distance to tube and bus stops, Victoria high street, lots of shops, cafes, St. James’s park, Southbank, the riverside, etc. We are within 20-30 min walking distance to:

- Chelsea & Belgravia
- Piccadilly Circus & Regent's Street
- -Leicester Square, Covent Garden & Soho
-South Kensignton

The flat is well looked after and we would prefer someone who will keep it that way. We have a very helpful concierge in the building and always approachable if you need any help. Similarly, quite lucky with a landlord who is super responsive and considerate. He has always been helpful with any issues that needed resolving in the flat.

Bills are not included in the rent, they come up to about £150-£180 on average a month per person (Council tax is band G), winter may be a bit more expensive depending on usage. A deposit is required at the time of signing the contract, this is pro-rata to rent. If you need any additional information or would like to come for a viewing, please get in touch.
