This room is rented by Kensington Properties, a real estate letting agency, through their senior agent Valerio.
The renting agreement is directly with this letting agency. Cost is £1183 pcm. Minimum stay is 90 days (Westminster)
The room has a desk with a good chair, a sofa, and a queen size bed. Chest of drawers and wardrobe. A few lamps.
I will show the room: you won’t have to rent without viewing as I had to. Same for the shared kitchen, and bathroom.
There’s 2 more tenants, or potentially 4 when there’s their partner: it’s a flat where tenants can bring 1 in for free.
To align with the UK CO2 net zero goal (and out of thoughtfulness) there’s mixed recycling and food waste bins.
There’s a £250 fee for bills with the agency that rents the room.
Bills extra fees are shared if they exceed a certain cap, but one tenant told me it never happened since he’s been renting for 1 year in this flat..
