Across the street is Victoria tube Station, also there are many bus stops nearby. It makes easy to access the whole London！

Public Facilities：
All the place and facilities are new and clean！with good free WIFI, lift, laundry, a common room and a study area.
The sharedkitchen has refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, etc. The cleaning staff takes out the kitchen garbage daily and cleans the kitchen weekly. There aren't many people in the communal kitchen, and No one will touch or use other's things.

Private bedroom:
13 square meter with private bathroom and king size bed. The room includes ample storage space and is easy to clean.
This room is on the first floor which is really conveniently. large window provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view. The window can't be fully opened, so It's safe.

Services：
Express deliveries are accepted at the reception. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Every problems can be solved in a timely manner！

I sublet this room due to I am going to leave London during summer holiday.
Tenant must be a full-time student!!!
