A bright and spacious duplex right in the heart of London. A calm oasis in the heart of Westminster, London. Perfect for those who want to be in the heart of London with excellent transport links and close to some of London’s most iconic landmarks.
This comfortable flat in SW1P contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and plenty of storage space. Perfect for a group of professionals.
The apartment was fully renovated and declared in 2019 with brand new appliances and a gas boiler fitted.
There is one tenant staying on for the next year, who occupies the middle double bedroom.

The flat is partly furnished leaving tenants with room to bring their own furnishings. Each room has a bed, mattress and desk. The double bedroom has an inbuilt cupboard. The single bedroom on the upper floor benefits from two storage cupboards to the immediate side of it. The single bedroom on the lower floor has a cupboard. The living room has a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen includes an oven, gas stove, a large fridge and a dishwasher.

The flat has central heating which can be accessed through an app. A gas boiler provides hot water throughout the whole flat. The flat has access to fast full fiber broadband.

You have everything you need in this area. Within a seven-minute radius of the flat is a Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express, two Pret A Mangers. The flat is on Regency Street, a quiet road with a local institution called Regency Cafe, featured in the Guy Ritchie film, Layer Cake. Over in Pimlico on Wilton Road and Warwick Way there are a number of popular pubs and restaurants. You will want to check out the Pimlico Fresh cafe, another local institution.
The flat is a short walking distance from some of London’s most iconic landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, the Palace of Westminster, Whitehall and the Tate Britain. And the River Thames.
