Room in Pimlico to rent for women

Hi everyone! I am looking for a new female tenant to take over my tenancy at a flat in Pimlico.

The room is available from Monday 29 July. It comes at £711 a month with bills coming to an additional £80-£100.

The location is great, just a five minute walk from Pimlico station for the Victoria line, close to lots of bus stops and walking distance from Victoria, Vauxhall, and St James’ Park station. Pimlico high street has lots of cafes and a large supermarket, St James Park is really close by, and you can walk into central London and to the river really easily.

It is a room in a four bedroom flat in SW1P which is a secure apartment building with a porter living on site to manage the building. The porter keeps our courtyard really beautiful all year round with outdoors seating available. We also have a free to use gym in the facility.

You’d be sharing with three girls aged between 27-30 looking for someone between the ages of 26 and 32 ideally. All of the girls have been at the flat for over a year and are really lovely and easy to live with. We all have our own lives but everyone is up to hang out for a coffee and catch up whenever we can!

Our landlord is also super communicative and easy to work with. He recently repainted the whole flat and got our carpets deep cleaned.

Please note that this flat has no shared living space (there is communal outdoor space in the courtyard for all flats) and we pay rent on a quarterly basis (every January, April, July, October) so you will need to reconcile the first couple of months of your tenancy with me.
