You’ll be joining two other female flatmates in the flat share, both working professionals, who are respectful of each other’s space.
About you:
We are looking for a female working professional who is friendly, reliable, and clean and tidy.
Terms:
The room will be available from 6 December on an initial 10 month lease (the current 12 month lease began in October, so remaining duration is less 2 months due to departing flatmate). There is a mutual break option at 6 months (as with the above, minus 2 months, so break option available in April 2025, provided 2 months notice is given).
Rent:
The rent for this room is £746 until April. From April, the rent will increase to £763.
You will need to provide a £700 deposit, which is held under the government deposit scheme.
We deal directly with the landlords, so no faff of going through a letting agency. They are super responsive and deal with any concerns or issues promptly.
Bills:
Bills are not included in the rent. These are paid separately by the flatmates, and include water, gas and electric, council tax, and wifi. These tend to total around £80 in the summer, and between £95-£110 in the winter months.
