The flat is in a gated building in Westminster (near St James Park, Victoria and Pimlico Station) and comes with a private garden, a shared gym, jacuzzi, 24h concierge and an included parking spot (it is also pet friendly). The flat offers bright space with a large living room, storage and a modern kitchen.
You will be sharing with a female (26) who works in financial services. I need to relocate for professional reasons, and therefore am seeking to find a replacement tenant.
