The flat is on the second floor. It has a new washer/dryer unit and dishwasher. It's a really generously proportioned place, just under 1000 Sqft shared between two people.
Sharing with one flatmate (myself) - I a non-profit charity I started and have the other two smaller rooms in the flat - one is converted into an office. I do host small board games evenings or gatherings with friends occasionally which you'd be very welcome to join. In general, I'm very mindful of everyone's space and comfort and would ask any potential housemate for the same consideration.
The area is extremely quiet and the building is really nice - it has onsite management, its own courtyard and a well-equipped private gym only accessible to residents.
Landlord is extremely responsive and they are usually here to resolve issues within the same day. They live around the corner themselves and having lived here for over 5 years, I have a really good relationship with them.
Preference is for someone who is neat/tidy and prefers their partying out of the house!
