Double Room Available in Westminster

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a clean, friendly and respectful person to take over his room in our lovely two-bedroom flat in Westminster.

The Flat:

A bright and modern two-bedroom property with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The flat is fully furnished, well-maintained, and has a light and airy feel throughout.

Conveniently located in Zone 1, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Pimlico station and 10 minutes to Victoria station, making it ideal for commuting or exploring central London.

The Room:

A cosy, fully furnished double room featuring a comfortable bed with mattress, a bedside table, chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is shared with myself.

About Me:

I’m Dan, 29, and work as a data analyst in the Civil Service. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, swimming, going to the gym, catching up with friends and family, and relaxing with a good TV series. I’m sociable, easy-going, and take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is similarly clean, considerate, and ideally someone I can get along with and socialise with from time to time.

Rent & Bills:
* Rent: £1,040 per month
* Bills: Approximately £120 per month (includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet)
* Available from: 31st May 2025
* Council tax band: E
