You’ll have a large en-suite master bedroom with your own private balcony overlooking the building’s garden. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage and a large work desk.

The flat is just off the main road in central Westminster, with garden-facing views from the balcony. The whole place has floor-to-ceiling windows, so there’s lots of natural light throughout the day (big plus - the sun hits the flat directly for at least part of the day). Some utilities are included in the rent. There’s also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, etc.

You’re walking distance (5–25 mins) from amazing places like St. James’s Park, Green Park, Hyde Park, SOHO, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Southbank, etc. Buckingham Palace is just 10 mins down the road - so the area is as safe as it gets!

Transport:
Short walk to St. James’s Park, Westminster, and Victoria stations. There are also direct bus services to most parts of London. My office is in Waterloo and it takes me about 20–25 mins to walk door-to-door.

There’s a weekday daytime concierge on-site. WiFi is already set up - just bring your luggage and you’re good to go.
