Two bedrooms available in Pimlico

Hi everyone,

I am looking for two people to take over the existing contract for another 12-month starting from 25th of October.

There are two available rooms that share a very spacious bathroom. Both rooms are furnished and have ample space + the apartment has additional storage space. Overall the apartment is very spacious including the living room with an amazing view to Vincent Square and the kitchen.

Bills are not included into the rent price but typically amount to around £100-200 per person per month (council tax / water / energy). We also have the cleaner that comes in regularly as well and she has become a friend of the house and can take care of your cleaning request.

I keep the house very tidy, it’s a sanctuary for professionals where excessive partying is not really tolerated - the same values are expected from potential new flatmates ☺️

I would like to find tenants who are professionals in London, stable, responsible, tidy and social yet respect each other’s space and comfort to enjoy the ambience of the house 🙏🏽

The ad here doesn’t allow me to add the deposit but deposit per room is £2,000. We have £6,000 in deposit for the whole apartment and there will be the deposit swap between current flatmates that are leaving and the new ones.
