En-suite available on beautiful Westminster square

Sadly, one of our lovely flatmates will be moving out as she’s returning to her home country, so we’re looking for someone to take over her furnished en-suite room for long-term rent.

The flat is set on a beautiful, quiet square with tennis courts and is part of a well-maintained building with a porter and friendly neighbours. The area is very residential and peaceful, while still being close to local shops, cafés, and markets.

Transport links are excellent - 7 minutes’ walk to Pimlico station and 10 minutes’ walk to St James’s Park station.

We’re a social household and enjoy sitting down for dinner together or heading out for a coffee or meal, but we also really value our own space and downtime. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and enjoys taking care of the flat and making it feel like home.
