Sadly, our flatmate is relocating, so I’m now looking for a female to join this bright and spacious flat located just 7 mins walk from Victoria Underground Station and 3 min from Coach Station.

💻 Internet is extra: £14.10/month per person
💰 1 month deposit 810£ (held in government-protected scheme)

🏡 About the Flat:
The flat is split over two floors with rooms and bathroom being upstairs and kitchen/living room downstairs.
The room consists of a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The floors are wooden (no carpet), and the flat has plenty of extra storage, including two storage rooms and additional furniture that can be used for your belongings.

Everything is managed by private landlord. There is a minimum stay of 6 months and the contract is renewed yearly.

Currently there’s me in the flat and Vita, both professionals and Italians .
We’ve always kept the house clean and had a rotating weekly cleaning schedule, and we’d love to keep that going in a relaxed, shared way. We are friendly and easy going people😊
