I have a bright double room with desk space to rent in Westminster, 2 minutes walk to Pimlico station & bus stops in (Zone 1).

Tidy & well maintained apartment over 2 floors, separate living room, pedestrianised street so no traffic, secure cycle storage, safe area & close to supermarkets etc. Possible to have an off-street parking space by arrangement.
The price for the room is £1100 per month with all bills included. I am looking to share with someone who is respectful, calm and tidy.
