Description
I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to rent the second room in my flat for a short-term stay.
To help me find the right fit,
Please provide the following details. to make a thoughtful decision..
Your social media: TikTok, Facebook.
I ask for this to get a sense of who you are and ensure we’re a good match. It helps me confirm you’re a trustworthy person with a positive vibe.
Introduce yourself.
Why are you coming to London?
How long are you planning to stay in London?
Are you coming for a job?
I’ll carefully review your answers to see if we’d get along well as flatmates.
About the Flat:
It’s a small, tidy flat with 2 bedrooms (Room A and Room B), 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen.
There’s no extra sitting room.
The flat is about 100m from the Thames River, a short walk to Victoria Train & Coach Stations, and Pimlico Underground. Buses run 24 hours, so it’s super convenient.
I occasionally travel and list my room on Airbnb while I’m away (minimum 5 days). That’s why I’m looking for someone trustworthy with a kind personality. I’m not renting to just anyone—I already make money through Airbnb. I’d prefer this monthly flatmate for peace of mind, rather than having lots of people coming and going.
The flat isn’t for parties, and I don’t allow any drug use. I also ask that you don’t bring anyone home.
From past experience, I’ve learned:
Some people rent a room and then invite family or friends to stay for free in Central London, calling it “visiting” 🦊.
That’s not okay with me.
No guests or visitors are allowed. The room is for your use only—no sharing, no couples.
I also prefer someone who travels light—maximum of 3 pieces of luggage—so it doesn’t feel like you’re moving in permanently.
About Me:
I’m a respectful, straightforward person (as you can probably tell from my writing!). I studied medicine for 3 years in the past.
I enjoy living with easygoing, sober, and positive people. I’m hoping to find someone trustworthy and friendly who shares similar values. No alcohol, no partying, no drugs.
Ideal Flatmate:
You should be well-educated, honest, and reliable. I’d love to hear from Spanish speakers!
Ideally, you’re moving to London for work or a short stay and aren’t relying on government benefits.
Please don’t use my address for business or document registration.
A sober lifestyle is a must—coffee lovers are very welcome!
The minimum stay is 1 month, and the maximum is 3 months, depending on how well we get along. I’m excited to find the right person to share my flat!
