6 MONTH QUEER SUBLET – JAN TO JUNE – IN PIMLICO
We're an Irish-Austrian duo (Darren and Eva) seeking a new housemate to join our vibrant, queer household in the heart of Pimlico for 6 months from the start of January to end of June 2025.
Our cozy three-bed flat is just a short walk from Pimlico station, with stunning views of the nearby city skyscrapers. It's pretty much a 20-minute cycle to anywhere. As plant enthusiasts, we've transformed our balcony into a thriving garden where we grow fruits and veggies (mainly tomatoes).
We love creating a warm, inviting atmosphere with wholesome movie nights, cooking together, and the occasional spontaneous karaoke session. We are clean and respectful, aiming to maintain a peaceful environment where everyone feels comfortable, happy and at home. Our ideal housemate shares these core values while bringing their own unique, interesting perspective and an open, positive energy.

We are ideally looking for another queer person as our other housemate Dan (whose room you would be taking) is travelling for 6 months and want to keep the nice queer vibes going.
Rent is £680 p/m (yes, really, we know it's insane) and bills are £75-100 p/m.
P. S. we will have two cats staying with us for the first two months so apologies if you're allergic/not a fan!!
