Single room in Victoria/Pimlico

Hi,

I have a single room available for rent. It is situated right in the middle of Victoria and Pimlico, both train stations are a 5 minute walk. I am a live in landlord and my children have moved out but visit occasionally. Every shop and amenities is on our doorstep. Please see below for the kind of tenant I am looking for.

Tenant:
• Female preferred
• Muslim preferred however will consider non Muslim if you do not eat pork, drink alcohol and only use halal food in the kitchen.
• No visitors or guest staying over
• Working professional or student
•Long term stay ONLY
• Have own cooking utensils, and cutlery

About the property:
• Single room
• Ample wardrobe and storage space
• Your own toilet w/c
• Shared shower room
• Shared living room
• Shared balcony
• Shared kitchen, however must bring own cooking equipment
