The flat is in a great central location close to Pimlico (3 min walk) and Victoria tube stations + bus routes, and near the Thames. The flat and room is fully furnished with large sitting room, downstairs loo, kitchen, main bathroom, separate shower room and patio garden.
The room is part of a 3 bedroom flat. The 3rd bedroom is very small and is not, and will not be, rented out.

Who I'm Looking For...
Looking for someone who doesn't smoke/vape, is tidy and clean, and willing to contribute to main household essentials.

Rent:
Looking for a asap start date with rent being £1,100 per month + some bills. Couples welcome but rent would rise to: £1,600 per month + some bills.

Bills:
Bills would be max about £150 and is for Wifi, Electricity and Council Tax (Council Tax band: E).
Heating + hot water are already included in the main rent.

References, Term & Deposit:
There would be a request of personal references and a 1 month deposit would be required.
Term: Looking for 1 year contract with a 6 month break clause (for both sides).
