Double room in Pimlico

I’m moving out of London so I need someone to take over my tenancy at my current flat. We have a double room with plenty of natural light and the flat is newly refurbished!

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmates Marta, Tirtha and Prateek who are all very friendly and respectful.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take good care of the house and make it feel like home, and that will be a good fit with my flatmates!

📍The Location
The flat is around 5 minutes walking to Pimlico station, so it’s super well connected with the Victoria line.

There’s a tesco just under it and plenty of shops, cafés, a lovely italian deli, so really cute area!

🏡 The Flat
The flat is a 4 bedroom, with separate toilet and shower rooms.

The kitchen/ living room is great and newly renovated and we also have a balcony with nice views! We have plenty of kitchen equipment that we all share too.

I’m moving out on November 12th, so the room is available from November 13th, but the next rent payment is November 21st, so any day between the 13-21st works for you to move in!

The rent is £950 including all bills (which I think is great value for zone 1!), and the deposit is £1000 which you get back when you move out.

We rent directly with the landlord which makes the process easier since she’s usually very responsive.
