6 months left of tenancy.

Rent is £1170 including bills and WiFi except electricity which is calculated every 3 months and divided by other 3 people sharing the flat. Usually around £50 for 3 months

Honestly great location right next to the river
. With views overlooking the Thames and Battersea power station. Walking distance to so many places Battersea, Chelsea, Victoria.

Closest station Pimlico.

The flat is large and light. Sharing with a couple and student. Quiet people and hardly see them maybe once or twice a week.

Semi furnished.
