Hi there!

I’m looking for a lovely lady to join me on the tenancy for this little gem I’ve called home for almost two years.

I work from the office 3–4 days a week and am ideally looking for someone with a similar routine.

This apartment has become my cozy escape from the hustle and bustle of London, and I’d love for someone to feel just as at home here.

I’m hoping to find a housemate who’s happy to embrace the relaxed vibe of the flat, while also bringing their own unique touch. It’d be lovely to share the occasional chat on the sofa after work, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

The flat is mostly furnished and includes some storage space.

You’ll also be sharing the home with my adorable cockapoo, Gracie—so being a dog lover is a must!

We’re located in Pimlico, with great transport links to South West and central London.

The tenancy runs until July 2026, with rent and bills coming to around £1,400 per month (subject to conditions).

New tenants will need to pass reference checks, and my landlord would like to meet you before the tenancy agreement is signed.
