Double Room Pimlico

I'm starting a new lease before my current lease ends so I'm looking to rent my room up until Oct 2025 (option to roll on lease).

It's available immediately but can be flexible with start time. You will have your name on the lease once funds/deposits are transferred etc. Ideally I have this offloaded to someone before June 15th.

Apt/Bedroom/Location Details:
• 3 bed, 2 bathroom, 3-story top floor apartment on Moreton Terrace SW1V
• Double room has a new mattress and very good storage space, large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers
• You will share a bathroom with one other housemate
• Chelsea, Belgravia, Victoria etc are all a short walk away - Pimlico station is less than 5mins walk from the street

Housemate Details:
• Three Irish lads working in London for the past few years
• Age range is 27-28

Pricing Plan:
• 1230 + 1230 GBP which will cover your deposit and first month’s rent (due before you move in)
• Bills are separate:
o Council tax = 99 GBP split 3 ways
o Heating and electricity varies, give yourself around 50-60 GBP each month to cover this for good order
o We normally get a cleaner in once a month, costing circa 70 GBP, split 3 ways
