Double Room in 2 bed flat in Pimlico

My flatmate is unfortunately moving out as she is moving to a new job in Europe, so I’m looking for someone to join me in this lovely 2 bed flat in Pimlico. It’s a super central location in Zone 1 with plenty of transport links and shops nearby!

Available from the first week of September, the current contract will expire 1st July 2026 with option to renew for another two years after this.

The flat:
• A furnished double room (with a king size bed!) in a two bedroom flat on the 3rd floor with lift access.
• Very spacious and light with a living room/kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a dishwasher and washing machine
• A shared toilet and bathroom and good size entrance hall
• There is residence parking available at extra cost via the local council.

Transport and the local area:
• 2 mins from the river and 10min walk to Pimlico underground station
• It’s within easy walking distance of Battersea and Victoria, with plenty of bus links.
• Very central location in Zone 1 so it’s easy to get around!
• Lots of shops (Tesco, Post Office, etc) nearby

Bills:
• Rent is £1250pm (this is currently paid six months in advance)
• The heating is included in the rent, as the flat is part of a community heating system so no big utility bills in the winter and no need to turn the heating down!
• Other bills including Council tax/water/electricity/internet are approx £100

What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for another female flatmate to join me, ideally another professional. You’d be sharing with me (26F), I’m a professional who works 9-5, I enjoy cooking, playing guitar and exploring London. I’m looking for someone easy-going, clean, and respectful of each other’s space.
