Room and bathroom available in heart of Pimlico

Double room and bathroom occupying own floor available in 4 storey Pimlico townhouse. The house is a 10 minute walk from Sloane Square, Victoria and Pimlico tube stations, on a quiet residential street.

The bedroom is furnished with bed, inbuilt wardrobes and chest of drawers. There can be space for a writing desk if required. The bathroom is right next door (basically en-suite) and has shower, bath, WC.

Kitchen and living room would be shared with me.

I am a retired writer and am often out in the evenings at my partner's home or helping with my grandchildren. I'm looking for a quiet person who works in London on the weekdays.

For short term lets of under 3 months, the price would be £100 per day.
