🏡 **The Rooms**

* Room 1: Cozy double (slightly smaller, between a single & classic double) -£630/month
* Room 2: Spacious double – £660/month

🌸 About the Home
This is a clean, and welcoming space — ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment. It has small bathroom with just toilet and another bathroom with shower and the toilet. There is also a garden, but it can only be accessed through my room.

🐶 Bonus Flatmate!
You’ll be sharing with my adorable Bichon Frise, Baby 🐾 — he’s very cuddly and friendly, so being dog-loving is a must!

👩‍💼 Who I’m Looking For

* Female working professionals only (no couples or men, sorry!)
* Someone respectful of personal space
* Clean, considerate, and easygoing
* Ideally not someone who frequently sublets or brings new people to stay
* Not a party household — occasional guests are fine, but no parties at home
