Double bedroom in 2 bed flat in Victoria

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in my apartment in Victoria from the end of April.

I’m currently in the first year of a three-year contract.

About the flat:
It’s a bright and spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment on the 6th floor, with balconies in the living room and both bedrooms — which means LOTS of natural light (a real blessing during autumn and winter!). There’s also plenty of storage space. Portier 6 days a week.

The location couldn’t be better — Victoria Station (Victoria, District & Circle lines + National Rail) is literally 1 minute away. You’ll also find loads of restaurants, supermarkets (M&S, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose), and convenience stores nearby. Green Park and St James’s Park are just a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a gym 2 minutes from the flat.

Rent:
£1200 per month + approx. £100–150 bills

About me:
I’m 28 and originally from Spain. I enjoy both cosy nights in and going out, and I love organising little dinners, movie nights and all sorts of plans. I really value having a home that feels comfortable and welcoming.✨

I’m looking for someone clean and respectful of shared spaces (non-negotiable!), but also friendly and sociable.
