Room in Pimlico

Hi, I’m renting out a large double room in Pimlico, in a four bed flat that I share with 3 Uni friends (we graduated in 2022 and have lived in London together since!). The room is available from mid-November until end of February whilst I travel in between jobs.
The flat is ground floor, with views of Battersea Power Station and the Thames. It has 1 shared bathroom and separate toilet, that we keep clean, along with the kitchen, bins etc on a 4 week cleaning rota.
The other flatmates are 3 guys, all working professional jobs, with a range of hobbies such as visiting art galleries, cycling, video gaming and playing in a wind band.
We’re a fairly relaxed house, looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who wants a place to call home with some easygoing flatmates (see my profile pic for the 4 of us on a day out to Brighton).
The flat is extremely well-connected, with Pimlico & Victoria stations within easy walking distance, Santander bikes just outside, and good bus connections.
