Great Bedroom at Victoria!

Looking for a nice room in central London with great flatmates? If you do so, this announce is for you!

We have a very nice double bedroom with large space available to rent in a 3 bed flat, really sunny the patio and quiet!

I am leaving my lovely room at the end of June, quite sad to leave my dear flatmates, they are the really nice! You will be sharing the flat with Anthea (from Holland!) and Julie (exotic French-American!), 2 professional ladies in their late 20s!

We are looking for someone clean and tidy, with similar interests (specially for sharing dinner or a good chat!)

Now, the boring bits:

*Room is available from the 27th June, but move in date is flexible from 27th June-8th July.

*The flat is less than 10 minutes walk from both Victoria and Slone Square Stations.

*The rent is £780 per month, including water and council tax.

*the other bills (gas &electricity and broadband (£10)) com to an average of £40 per month.

*The deposit is £750.
