Looking for a housemate, cutest house in London!

Looking for a chilled/ fun housemate to join me in my house! It is a very cute cottage-esque corner house, with a lovely garden. Housemates would have use of the full house - the two rooms to rent are at the top of the house (there is a basement floor with my room, then kitchen and living room open plan on the ground floor and the two rooms to rent upstairs with 1 bathroom). The length of stay is pretty flexible, though ideally would like if you are available for 6 month - 1 year-ish. I am 30 and run an educational company with my sister. I work from home sometimes and happy for anyone else to too! The other housemate will be between 27-30 y. o., likely a friend of mine.

The room will be furnished with a double bed. The two rental rooms upstairs are relatively small, but cosy and cute! They share a bathroom, but there is also an extra guest loo downstairs so you will never have to wait.

The location of the house is amazing - it is off Pimlico road opposite a church, 10 min walk to Victoria or 5 min to Sloane Square. Next to Hagen Coffee which is delish!
